Motorised tilt and turn
The Espace® 70TH window in the motorised OB (tilt and turn) version allows you to offer a product combining user comfort and air quality.

- Motorised tilting, closing and locking/unlocking.
- Silent motor fully integrated in the frame
- Control via wall button, smartphone/tablet or remote control
- Maximum clearance of 150 mm, maximum weight of the sash 130 kg
- Auto Lock function
- It can be integrated in the technical management of the building (e.g. KNX)
- Occasional manual operation when opening inwards (French-style opening)
