APPLICATION
Extruded aluminium conservatory (6060 BAT T5 alloy), thermal break tubular rafter roof.
STRUCTURE
Roof pitch from 6 to 45°. 6- to 35-mm roofing held by clip-on cover caps with weatherproof gasket. Gutter with optional raiser, invisible aluminium rainwater pipe. Pent or pavillion roof. Various ornamental elements can be fitted to ridge or pole plate. Maximum rafter span up to 18 m, depending on technical constraints and geographic situation. Integration of roof ventilator and smoke extractor possible.
Adaptable on wooden structure.
PANELS
Both front and side elevations can be fitted out with the full range of INSTALLUX opening frames.
WEATHERPROOFING
Elastomer gaskets (black EPDM), compatible with PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate) roofing.
INSULATION
6-6 fibre glass reinforced polyamide spacer bars.
FINISH
Anodizing: 20-class for satin silver, 15-class for other colours (20-class on order). In accordance with international QUALANOD and EWAA-EURAS standards and French NFA 91450 standard.
80-micron powder coating with QUALICOAT seal. |
